Dantec presents Windshaper: a Fan Array Wind Generator, which enables users to replicate complex atmospheric flows that vary both in time and space. e.g. simulating ground effect, thermal updrafts, crosswinds, urban wind patterns, effect of different terrain and wind gusts. The Windshaper can also be used together with other equipment to replicate rain, snow, fog and extreme temperatures (cold and hot) etc.
A Windshaper resembles a wall with many small fan modules. Multiple modules can be stacked and combined in any combination as per air flow requirement and available physical space.
With its ‘Windcontrol Software’, users can program wind conditions to create unique wind profiles inside a controlled environment and repeat the tests as many times required.
