Dantec Dynamics is fully committed to providing free-of-charge customer support for all Digital Image Correlation (DIC) systems. We offer comprehensive assistance with application know-how, practical experience, and training materials to support your materials testing and motion/vibration analysis projects. Our standard support structure is delivered through six key mediums, ensuring that every customer receives the guidance and resources needed for successful DIC measurements.
We support and assist users in the operation of our DIC systems with your respective measurement application via the following six mediums.

eLearning Platform
Dantec Dynamics believes that user training and support should be accessible to all users – current and prospective – anytime and anywhere. To make this possible, we operate a Moodle™-based eLearning platform that provides automatic enrolment into courses and modules covering user training, software and hardware downloads, instruction guides, application scripting modules, and help & community forums. Access our dedicated eLearning platform at https://elearning.dantecdynamics.de/login.

To gain access to our eLearning platform, simply contact your local Dantec Dynamics sales representative and provide your name, email address, and institution or organization. You will then receive a user ID and password, giving you full access to the latest materials and resources to begin measuring and testing with Istra4D.
On our eLearning platform, users can access a wide range of training and support resources, including the DIC Beginner User Training Course 2.0 , the DIC Intermediate User Training Course 1.0, and the Software Download Module for Istra4D software downloads, guides, demonstration data, and visualization licenses. The Hardware Service Module provides hardware manuals, installation guides, camera drivers, adapter configuration settings, and peripheral software packages.
Users can also explore the Istra4D DIC Application Modules Library , which includes the FEA Validation Tool along with scripting modules and tutorials, as well as the DIC Applications Module offering application-specific materials such as videos, application notes, and scientific articles.
