Current Dantec customers with 1 or two camera PIV configurations can now upgrade to a volumetric measurement system by taking advantage of the packaged deals just released. Significant updates and developments in Volumetric PTV have been implemented in the new Dynamics Studio 9 release and to enable as many customers as possible to benefit from these developments a number or attractive upgrade packages have also been configured.
Customers who currently have laser based systems can select one of the upgrade packages that include the Dantec volume optics. This changes the illuminated measurement area from a sheet based setup, into a cubic volume shaped measurement. Customers working with slower flows or in liquid setups can use one of the LED based illumination packages and potentially do time resolved volumetric measurements. Time resolved configurations can use the full power of the new Non-Linear Meshless Track Assimilation released in Dynamic Studio 9. Non-Linear MTA enhances measurements by imposing Navier Stokes equations to the particle tracks to de-noise and enhance spatial resolution of the measurements systems.
All packages also include extra cameras and Scheimpflug mounts, typically starting from the FCX camera range. Volumetric measurements are now easy and quick to setup with significantly improved calibration routines, enabling Dantec customers to enhance their experiments and extract more data from the experiments they are studying.
