Submerged Rigid Body Motion & Crack-Tip Opening Test of a CT-Demo Sample with Istra4D V4.12

The setup of the application is a 3-cam 5 Mpx FlexDIC system, which is used to measure (the removal of) rigid body motion (RBM)
and crack-tip opening strain of a submerged CT-demonstration sample in a filled water tank.
Various new features & functions of Istra4D V4.12 are used in the measurement such as the Camera (Position) Name Overlay, which allows users to custom-define the camera name and display its position in the visualization window.
The new Refractive Index Volumetric (Calibration) Method (RIVM), which accounts for the different refractive indexes of the various medium of the DIC setup. V4.12 optimizes the input parameters of refractive indexes during the live, projection calibration.

See the application video here and read more about the features used for the application.
