The Stamp Roller Speckling Kit is a transfer method technique consisting of three stamp rollers that allows users to make a random heterogenous artificial pattern on a test object with speckle sizes of 1 mm (Small), 2.2 mm (Medium), and (Large) 5.1 mm.
The kit is designed for Fields-of-View (FoV) testing application from 400 mm to 5000 mm and can be used with camera resolutions from 1.1 to 24 Mpx.
The stamp rollers are manufactured from a special printing rubber with cylindrical dot pillars. The pillars attract, collect & encapsule a thin layer of ink droplet on top of the cylinder ridge. Upon contact with the test object surface, the ink droplets then stain the surface in a geometry exactly replicating the speckle dot with a fine-edged sharpness.
