- With a standard Laptop PC, up to 8x USB3, 8x GigE, or 2x 10GigE cameras may be operated within Istra4Ds live, online acquisition mode
- With a high-performance Tower PC, up to 16x USB3, 16x GigE, 8x 10GigE, or 4x (full-bandwidth) CXP-12 cameras may be operated within Istra4Ds live, online acquisition mode
Dantec Dynamics offers an array of network cards and framegrabbers with our PC & hardware portfolio. Depending on the type of camera (i.e. USB3, GigE, 10GigE, and CXP-12) and the number of cameras required for connection, the PC type and the number of hardware components can be easily configured for any FlexDIC, MulticamDIC, MSpeedDIC, and HSpeedDIC system.
Optional hardware for Laptop PCs is also available, such as; a hubs, adapters, and docking stations for the connection of additional peripheral systems & hardware.
Users can use a Dual-Port 10GigE/Thunderbolt Adapter that allows up to 2x 10GigE cameras (2x 10 Gbps) to be connected via the LaptopPC’s Thunderbolt 4 port. (This adapter also allows data download from HSpeedDIC SpeedSense cameras to be performed at 10GigE bandwidths)
Users can use a Thunderbolt Adapter PC Hub 8cam USB3 that allows up to 8x USB3 cameras (8x 5 Gbps) to be connected to a Laptop PC with a Thunderbolt 4 port.
