Nova Instruments Corporation is pleased to announce the acquisition of Dantec Dynamics A/S, a Danish company with headquarters located in Denmark and offices in Germany, France, Japan, UK and USA.

Dantec’s main area of technical excellence is designing, manufacturing, and selling integrated measurement systems for diagnostics and research of physical properties in air, gas, liquid and solid materials. Moreover, in a close and cooperative relationship with its customers, Dantec provides advanced optical and sensor based measurement solutions for optimizing energy consumption, emissions, and product performance.
